Service release 3 english setup problem

Hi there,

I have dutch version of tpr. I have installed dutch version of service release 3. But I want to translate the menu language into the english.

I also have Sr2 english patch. It can change the menu into the english. But I am not sure whether or not all Service release 3 features gone or not. Could you elebrote the issue?
