People who use other peoples names

I want accounts so I can ban some people. Dudes keep joining, everything is ok, they say gogogogo and then quit 3 seconds after the game has started. And again. People with different names, prolly one idiot changing name or something in these scenes. There are other people who constantly drop because of technical problems ruining other 5 peoples games basicly, if it was teams.

When people disconnect immediately after loading it is not their fault. This release has a problem because loading can take over 20 seconds depending on your computer, and the server will kick you from the game if you don't respond for 20 seconds. So don't blame people who do that, it's not their fault at all. The work around is to start a singleplayer mission and quit, then join multiplayer games. This means the resource loading is already complete, so the game will load more quickly and you won't be kicked. But it only happens on some computers.
This will be fixed in the next version, loading will be much faster (currently ~3x faster for me, probably even better on some computers)

It seems like Krom's name is being stolen (if this isn't him, we should ask this). And perhaps mine too, but obviously my name isn't that special, so I hope this is just coincidence. But if you see this guy you know it's not me because I am THE Dark Lord and he's just a regular Dark Lord.

Don't you guys think that "Lewin" and "Dark Lord" are fairly common names? I mean Lewin can be just a person's name. And Dark Lords are fairly common in RTSes. GreatWhiteBear is of course a bit more strange

Personally, I would be quite sad if someone used my name. I have never seen it happen, never heard of it happening, but it might have.
Still, I doubt it. It's not even like I play that much.
"Ben" is a really common name, though. I hope no one joins the community who's name is "Ben" and/want to use the name "Ben."

If you think about it, my entire identity to most of you guys is that three letter word (and my avatar, I guess). You see it on the forum, and you get a mental picture of me or recall my personality and that is who I am to you.
If someone else were to use my name, they could bluff you all for a long, long time. It wouldn't be too hard to copy someone else's online personality and get away with it.
But this goes for most anybody, really. I'm still not afraid of it happening to me; though.
