Hi all, after a long time I made two new maps, here they are:

The Old Man's Tale
(L sized 2v2 map, able to upgrade to 3v3, but not recommended)

Story

A poor old man had two beautiful iron birds, those were his everything. He played, feed and saved them from danger, if he had to.
One night, two nastlings were borned. They hated each other, so one of them, and their father despoiled, left the old man and became rich.
The mother and the other nastling stayed with him. But the poor old man has died and his shadow merged into the ground. The mother started to sing, so all of them were hardened into stone.

Does anyone still believe that the map commission is not needed?

Woops.

Old Man's Tale makes me opin that I'm in favour with writing nice stories and "draw" symbolic meanings in the map design.
Tough you will always find retractors of this mapmaking style (not KaM-like)... I still encourage this path.

You have nice ideas, but poor artistic techniques.
If you want to improve... inspire yourself by looking at other excellent map authors (like Thunder or To).
They know how to make good surface ground, waterfalls, volcanos, etc. Learn their techniques to revamp your map.

Okay, dl links have been refreshed. I don't think that I changed the map deeply, but I understand the meaning of your speech, I can't make a normal terrain.
If anyone interested and able to modify them better, let's rock. Otherwise, rubbish bin.
