Re: KaMCraft

Looks good, however shoreline is a bit awkward - water surface should be flat near shores.

Re: KaMCraft

The relief is becoming really cool! Hope that soon it will be so atractive as Back in the Desert or Alice. Good luck, guys!!!

I think that this map is for players who are bit tired with standard maps and play scenario... I mean the way of developing and making army. Here you should be faster, more optimal and more effective than your enemy. And of course team playing...

Re: KaMCraft

I will not name those who help to make our map and to release it. Our team includes:

5 map testers
1 translator (from Russian to English)
1 IT specialist (writing the script for the map)

And I am the one who edits the map and performs its basic design.
This is Paker Team in disguise!

Re: KaMCraft

What (I guess) Ben means, is that forums are not a place for posting every little update. Also, forums are not really a place to post unfinished maps. I expected a really bad map, when I saw the looks at the start, but from screenshots I can see it's improved now. But I'd rather see you just post the map, when you're happy with everything there, so we can finally make a fair judgement. There's no point in looking at the topic for me yet.

Re: KaMCraft

I'll split this topic in a couple of days, to relieve others of these off-topic posts.

Anyway, sado has good points but I meant exactly this: Do not post a post if the previous post in a topic was by you. Instead, continue the previous post by using the edit function. If it has been some time since your last post (at least 24 hours) then you may just write another post.

There are many reasons for this. For one, it is just proper etiquette on forums, but another good reason is that it encourages activity by allowing others a chance to respond to more posts, and goodness knows we could use some life around here.
