Thanks for your suggestion Ben!
The new uploaded version should meet almost all of them, except the Laborer and Serf-count, which I will fix in the next one.

I feel umcomfortable with you saying that you will "fix" the see and laborer count. Although I personally find the 5-4/4-3 to be the best, it's up to you in the end :) (besides, I don't want Lewin coming by with a wall of text :p)

Well, lets call it "possible change" than. :P I always have an open ear for constructive criticism.

Added a new Map and updated "Blood and Ice". Please check out my first Post for more details! (:

Wow, that Canyon map looks really, really nice! Great job man :). I hope it will be included in next release!

Some things that need fixing:
At 75:108 (loc 2) you've left a single road tile, it seems you just forgot to put road tiles on left and right like it's on loc 1 :).

Also, you could use tiles 153-156 to make coal fields more smoother. Now transition from highest coal tile to lowest doesn't look that good, especially at loc 2. Coal field should be bigger so its' count remains the same (lower coal tile=lower coal amount)

One last thing: transitions from yellow mountains into pale ground (tile 32) don't look that good imo... You could fix it using tiles 112-114 and tiles 192, 168, 188.

I'd give you feedback about gameplay after I play it few times.

About Blood and Ice, it's a really nice idea and good job! I'd like to try it as well :). Only thing that should be fixed imo, is transition from iron into yellow mountain. Try adding iron tiles manually, so the transition is smooth (tiles 149-152).

Keep up good work!

I actually miss to see the simularity here. The only thing those 2 maps have in common are a lot of black tiles imo.
However, I am sorry if I offended anybody with this map!

Certainly not bridge disaster! But anyway it doesn't matter.

From the screenshot I can say that looks are fantastic and building here will be enjoyable. I'll enjoy using this in 1v1 games vs. randoms :)

It's similar to Ben's Blitzkrieg, I was actually joking with that Bridge Disaster :). However, the idea and looks are similar indeed (with Ben's map), but it's still different. It doesn't look as a rip off.

Btw. if you want I can add some sounds to Canyon (especially wood creeks on wooden bridges and some wolf's howling at some places) and to Blood and Ice (just cold wind sound).

Oh I see. Is that map included in the Remake? I couldn't find it anywhere.
Can somebody link me? I am curious now!

That would actually be a nice idea, but does the Remake support that yet? I am still so r5503 with my scripts. Still have to adapt my Campain-scrips (in progress) to the new changes...

Blitzkrieg was in r5503, you should be able to find it there.

As for sounds, yeah, in current RC's they work fine, in RC2 they could be finally tested properly, with SFX slider fixed (so we can see how they fit among troops' voices).

Is there a way to send you a PM? Or should I post your maps with sounds here?

Blitzkieg was made by a humble author who was trying to add maps to r2000ish version of the Remake since there were fewer than 20 maps at the time. It's very ugly, so let us not mention it! :)

it looks like a 1 vs 1 version of my Terrible map The Torn empire (i am glad it will be deleted next remake) haha, but i think it could work fine as 1 vs 1 (mine was 3 vs 3). nice work.
