I didn't play on the map MultiLand yet, but I took a look on the editor and I like the map.
There are resources everywhere, I like that idea (although I'll need to play on it to see how it affects the gameplay). I also like that you used a lot of moutains, there are paths everywhere and I think there could be some interesting fights here.
Some moutains are too square but that's not a big deal (and some terrain transitions too are "squary"). The elevation is really good, it feels really natural imo because it changes a lot.
I'd like to play on it sometimes to have a better idea on it !

I had a game on multiland, played with 8 players : 2v2v2v2 :
The game was really fun ! The map is really good, you have to manage your expansion very well because there is little space.
There is onle little problem though, there should be abit more gold available (without removing too much room), but otherwise everything is fine I think !

I didn't have problems with gold at all (or well I did, but there was still enough gold in the mountains :P).

Thank you Shadaoe!
I watched the cities, and wondered...10farms... i've never beilive it's possible.
Maybe give more "OUT goldmine" without removing much space is possible if some hills will change. (it seems to the third iron mine). But if i give more gold, then need more coal...I will think on it.
Thank you again! and i hope many good and hard building games will be there!

Yes there was still gold on the moutain, but I had only 1 gold mine left running and I had only a few gold in reserve, so it would have been hard if the game lasted longer, I'm sure you'll find a way to improve it, but it's already a great map !

Doesn't look too bad. Although I suggest adding a bit extra gold (maybe in the middle somewhere) because people sometimes think 300 is quite a low amount and when you add it somewhere in the middle it will add another aspect to the game. Adding it is not necessary.

Fight for the centre gold mines? Interesting idea.
Plus gold is possible to the mountain. But to the centre? i think it is 'risky'. Gold mountain has one more useable slot with less then 100gold.

-And how many gold do you advice? +50,100, 100+, 150++.

More gold-->more coal :C --it's a little map not enough place for everything.:(
i tested all locs and the left side is little smaller (10-15tiles shorter) but closer than the right). Not enough place for everything.
I dont know to could i find place to a new goldmountain(s) at the centre.
(number of the gold same to the Multiland's)

Well 50-100 maybe, but probably its better testing the map first with a full game. Anyway when you add it you could add a hill at the north edge of the map and one near the south edge.
Multilands had a few complaints about the gold.

And change the name. Widescreen isn't a nice name :D

-I found some places. Need only some little changes.

(-300 gold ore->600gold
i counted with 100-150serf-50 laboures-130 any others-270-320 soldiers and without STARVATION and Market.)

-The Wild word is reserved and too many wild maps are there ;). (Wildscreen was the firs idea)

Just make up some nonsense name, like "potato" in Hungarian or something, it will sound strange enough for everyone not understanding it, that everyone will agree it's a great name.
