Yeah, I need the Hungarian readme and the lines on the first page translated.
TPR 1.58 readme? And the first page? The epilepsy warning? Or the english readme of the patch (soma page, bug list and in the end the creators)? I don't understand, sorry, I don't know we need a new installer, or I have it...

Translate the following lines:
- Code:
Your fisherman cannot catch any further fish.[/quote][code]IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PRE-RELEASE SOFTWARE!
You are about to install pre-release software, also known as "beta" software. Whilst software in beta stages of development should generally be quite stable, unexpected bugs will possibly occur. It is therefore recommended that you make a backup of your game to ensure that no unwanted changes will become permanent.
Also, in the case that you do happen to come across one or a few bugs that you believe have been caused by the patch, make sure that you report them to the forums at http://www.knightsandmerchants.cjb.net or by sending an e-mail to [snip].[/quote][code]For more information, visit http://www.knightsandmerchants.cjb.net.[/quote][code]The installation wizard has detected that your copy of the game is already up to date.[/quote][code]The installation wizard detected that you either don't have Knights and Merchants: The Peasants Rebellion installed, or it is in a language that is not Hungarian. The installation will be aborted.[/quote]
Then I also need to have the 1.60 patch readme translated, which you can download from [url=http://lewin.namsys.com.au/kam/mirror/downloads/TPR/Readme_src/readme_hungarian_source.zip]here[/url].

Hey I was just interested in hearing a status report. Has anyone been working on translating the Dutch readme? I'd be especially interested in the Dutch one because I feel it might be close to release (Polish has the issue regarding no manual existing, Russian has some issues with both the readme and manual, Hungarian should get translated).
By the way Harold if you're reading this, any progress report on the manual?

Last week I translated the missing parts of readme to Hungarian. I also read the manual connected to that but found some structural troubles, eg. "required equipment" line was empty everywhere while the missing content could be found in the continuous text. To say it clearly, the manual document I got has no logical arrangement. Such an idiocy, to put a coherent text into table cells... With that format, if the game changes that a line must be added to the manual, the entire document has to be rewritten, not to mention that it can only be copied by single pages. And don't say it's because you need to create PDF, as OpenOffice has a built-in PDF-making tool.
So I reconstructed the whole file (of course corrected spelling and grammatic errors) and made the PDF. So far I haven't given the same layout to this as the original, but I can do this if you want. Only thing I demand is that you do not force Hungarians to have a cocked-up manual just because the English one is like that.
PS.
To readme I gave the same logical formatting as to the manual, and am also ready to give this the same visual formatting as formerly was.

I don't understand your concern. You seem to imply that the layout is messed up but for me it's fine. If it's something OpenOffice is responsible for I have no intentions of fixing it as the PDF doesn't depend on the DOC formatting anyway.
About this table formatting, how do you think it should be? Could you post a screenshot to clarify?
EDIT: Just checked it under OpenOffice. The layout seems the same to me but I still fail to understand your point. Sure, the table design might not be ideal but it works and serves its purpose quite well. How exactly is this causing a problem? Does anyone else feel that the manual is completely messed up structurally?

Nope. Problem is that logical formatting is completely missing so I added it to the manual file - I mean heading 1, heading 2, lists etc. I have to admit that after making this long-time editing I didn't reset the layout of the file but I can nearly recover that. In regard to PDF its equal what the framework of the DOC file is, but once we have to modify the manual, it's much easier to do in a structural text. That's all. I'm sending you the DOC file I made in PM in some minutes.

Gyula, I think that I speek on last week... It's a pdf, Litude look good to solve the problem that he maked. You are too academic. Nobady see the logical bugs, because there pdf has a good logical system. People use table of contents, yes. But he see it, not that how maked Litude this... The pdf is too long? And? I think it is adequatly long, but realy solid.
I think we must find the language bugs. If you make a new pdf, I'll upload it the hungarian webpage if you want. And the 10 hungaraian fan can dowload it...
The first is the patch, and the bugs, not that look it well...
And it is not my big anti-hungarian rebellion...

For that I'd have to make the corrections again from the beginning. Not only spelling errors has that manual, but wrong-formulated sentences, too. And if a sentence in the old DOC file is drawn badly and the proper one is longer than that, it may get out of the current cell. That's why constraining a text into cells is a nonsense. By the way, Hungarian sentences are basically longer than English ones, probably that's why TGWH couldn't always use the best phrasing. Sorry but if there's no way to discuss it rationally, I must shout F**KING ENGLISH!!! So now let the one make the corrections of the old DOC file who isn't interested in what it's like.

Nothing, we solved that problem. So I have the new lib file, and Gyula write it to good form, I send the 1.60 manual.
You'll give for you 2 hungarian manual and the 2 lib file. We think there are the final version
