I also like the first screen : )
very perculiar map design..
most of the mappers create maps similar toTSK and TPR. But there are so many ways to make different maps

tell us more about it.. how many missions? using dynamic scripts? something other special?

hi

i don't know anything about dynamic scripting. i want to make at least 10 missions. But thats taking more time than i thought.

The story

''Once upon a time this land was discoverd by many kingdoms. They started a war about who would get this land. Many years of this dead-ended war was past untill a new generation kings and queens came on the throne. They maked peace in the lands and divided over all the kingdoms. Not every king was agreed with this but they couldn't protest, so they have to suffer. But not only some kings were 'pleased' with this, the villagers who's family and friends were killed in this war were discontented. Those people assembled with others and conquered there own land. They called themself 'The Barbarians'. They want the lands who they deserved. Now many kingdoms are in trouble and The Barbarians are on their way to our border. First get rid of those betrayers and then help those other kingdoms. Or are some kings not what they look like...''

What do think of this story? I am pleased to hear.

Looks great! :)

Don't forget, that you can leave any territory white, missions do not need to stitch together perfectly ;)

What is that dried lake on the rightmost map, is it a dam above?

Yes, it is a dried lake and there is a dam above. This is also a mission. The Barbarians maked it to moved away the villages around the lake. Almost nothing can grow there now.

Iam now going futher with the next missions.

Hi

I have finished 9 maps of the campaign and i think its time that i upload it so you can play it. If you have questions or feedbacks i am please to know. If those 9 maps are good enough i go on futher with more maps.
What i like to know is.
- Is it too difficult or too easy or just good.
- Are the maps looking good (enough items, good mountains ect.)
- Enough resources.

If you want to say something else i please to know.

Thank you and have fun.

Hi Islar,

Just started playing the remake and I really want to try your campaign, it looks really promissing!
But i get an Error:
"
An error has occurred while parsing the file C:\KaM Remake\Campaigns\The Barbarian Territory\TBT01.dat

Exeption:
"

I put he whole folder in the same directory as other campaignes like I did with The Federation of Neryn (no problems there sofar). I play the 5th Multiplayer Demo Update 1 r4179.

Does anyone know how to fix this? The Error occurs after the briefing and loading. :$

Looking foreward playing this!

Hi

I don't know what is wrong. Only i know is that i maked it in the RC r5116 and i don't know if that is the problem.
I like to hear if someone else have the same problem or someone knows what the problem is.

Thanks in advance
