I was wondering if there is a way to change the costs of a unit?
for example that a militia cost a axe, a leather armor and a recruit?

No that isn't possible, so far dynamic script doesn't change game rules like that. If we did allow that we probably wouldn't do it through dynamic script, we'd just make all the unit and house stats editable. However if we did that I can imagine everyone would create their own version of the stats for balance reasons (like making the scout faster or whatever), and the community would become really divided (organizing a multiplayer game would be hard because most people would want to play with different stats, like we already have with game speed). Or each map would have different game rules (so with fast scouts, expensive militia, etc.) and then there would be no consistency to the game. That's kind of why we haven't done that, I think it's important that we keep the base game rules kind of consistent.

At the moment, baseline rules are like a common denominator - a value that everyone agrees to (from different sides). That is why we are unlikely to allow to change these rules via scripts or anything.

Yes, please, for this reason I support not being able to change the game so drastically. These scripts would be abused heavily I think.
