Kam Remake vs Kam Tpr serfs deliver diffrence

Should the serfs go for the material before builder waiting animation like in tpr?
I mean the tpr serfs goes to store house when the builder starts making road/vine fields
In Kam Remake serfs wait unitil the builder is waiting for stone/wood

Oooh now I see what you mean. Yes there seems to be a slight difference. Would be good to speed it up in order to reach TPR speed.

By the way, was it really like that in TPR? I mean, did the timber/stone 'disappear' before the builder was even done digging? It looks silly.

That is an interesting detail
We might move the building material request earlier in the building task. Now it is ordered after digging is done, but as TPR shows, we can move it to a step when builder arrives on tile.
