Overall, map looks pretty good :). Try to improve mountains, now there are too many too sharp edges, that don't look good. For example, that stone mountain at 14:111 looks pretty good, while that golden mountain next to it, has too sharp edges (24:105 and 25:105). Also, most mountains look flat, try elevating one part of the mountain more, to make it more interesting. (For example, that iron mountain near loc 5 looks really flat).

Area 30:38 - fix tiles. Look around the map for places like 19:59, 33:69, they need fixing as well.

I have a lot to do this week, but if I get time I will definitely give some thoughts on this map. For now; though, I must say that you really need to capitalize the name of the map...not even the first word is capitalized! (my eyes bleed looking at it!). I'm sure it's not really a problem since Lewin would fix it, but it should be capitalized to -> Good Old Forests.

Also, I'll quickly add to Michalpl's post: When you make stone mountains, use passibility slider set to "9" (can worker). If the edges of the mountain's tiles are green, then the stonemasons will nearly always be able to mine it correctly. I say "nearly" because the terrain can still be corrupted by the laborers' leveling and other similar modifications.

Hi Ben, I think that there is a bug when you want to save your map, because I saved the map as " Good Old Forests"' but when I looked back at it in the editor the letters weren't capitalized any more... (good old forests)
So I thought that was normal because it's not a official KaM Remake map?...
But it's not? ;)

It's not really a bug. If you change the capitalization of a map that already exists (like in your case) then the Remake will just ignore the cap changes. You'll have to either change it manually outside the Remake, or save the map as something else (such as "Duckie"), delete "good old forests" and then save Duckie as "Good Old Forests."

Am I making too big a deal out of this? xd

Hello all, I do have a little problem.
I made a mistake by editing my post with the link of the update of my map.
When I download it I miss the .script file, so i overwrited these files with the "not updated ones" so now I lost the whole map...
I hope that i can find the version of the map on my other computer tomorrow otherwise i will have to ask one of you ( someone who downlaoded my map) to give me a link to my map :P

So i want to ask you IF YOU DOWNLOADED MY MAP DON'T DOWNLOAD THE UPDATED VERSION OTHERWISE I WON'T BE ABLE TO GET MY MAP BACK IF EVERONE DOES THAT!

I will to prevend this remove the link to the updated version.
