My question is
how can i ban people forever because there are so many trollers online en i hate such people ....
maybe Ip ban + name ban
please help me

Name ban wont work. Trolls can change names in a matter of seconds and worse - impersonate someone else and get their names banned. IP ban sounds better.

Set room password?

That will only work if he waits for certain people. Otherwise he'll just have an empty lobby..

Well make a host that blocks banned ips of trolls and if the ip wasn't banned foward to page with lobby password

And change pass every each ban?

Maybe you can make some things in the
KaM_Remake_Server_Status.xml page
that we can see the ip's from the players to that are connected to the server
