I see the latest newspost on the site is from 2013 .. are there any plans on fixing that, by e.g. posting about the move itself? )

Mmm... I dont know.
We want change something but our community is mired in stagnation after the death of Khelben.
Admin rights was moved a few times ago from Lucbach and Wojbach to Kuba and Viking, and Kuba have some idea but he is vere busy.
Its so difficult to receive a message from him. I hope that we will introduce changes and our forum will come to life.

I think its all at the moment.
