Language Patch Problem

Hey guys. I have installed the game but it is not English. When ı try to setup language patch. İt say : Pack 3 couldn't find service realese.
After that ı am tryn to install service İt is say : Setup aborted ... Visual Bacis Runtime 6 is not avaible. I installed this program too but doesnt worked.
Please help me how can ı install language patch???

Ok ? solved the problem now its english but cant save the game now

Create a folder called "save" into your the data directory.
