Noo, Unit.dat tells the ATT, DEF SPD and so on of the troops.
Houses.dat tells the material which is needed to build a house and how big it is.

I dont know that much about .rx files, but free_sms_km has decoded them? I dont know, but im sure.
So u could ask him, may he can help u! :D

no thats not necassary, if RX files are graphics files its best not to change them (theres no need) as i said im just trying to rule out files for the world map, iguess its the .DAT files as said before.

so in the files there are the graphics so if u want to make a mod u can change the graphics to make special soldiers and such?

The .au format is a sound format for Java applications...
Where do you find these recordings, I can't discover any .au files..?!

Hmmz, at first I didn't see the 'briefing map', but now I do. My briefing files are in the WAVE (.wav) format, so you can alter them with any sound recording program...

Hmm mine for some reason are defo .AU but maybe it doesent matter as long as the filename is correct for each breifing

.rx files are unpacked, but its very funny that u are saying "WinRAR" :D

I dont know how to open it.
