I totally agree with this. I honestly didn't like my proposal (for my own taste) but I thought that maybe someone else would.

It might be a nice way to open up the game, and make it easier for newcomers.

I wonder if you guys are not understanding what I meant:
I was merely saying that it would be nice to see at a glance how many people you needed to train. You still have to train them yourself, but at least you know how many you need.
But I agree with Krom. I like the "chunkiness" of KaM. It makes the game more interesting
