I can't match the meaning of the sentences as I want. In spanish, I need more words than english. Could I change the font size to smaller?

Making the font smaller isn't really an option. Try rewriting the message so that you keep the idea the message is trying to forward but make it shorter. It's usually the best way to handle translations anyway as it makes the language flow more natural.

Are you using the Spanish fonts from The Shattered Kingdom?

Yes, I've done that. Shorter messages. But, it's funny. I have been searching in the RAE dictionary (Our main dictionary in spanish language). If I really write the words that were used in that period, none will understand them.
Otherwise, returning to your question, I really don`t know. I made a program in language C that changes the chars for me to be readables.
