It has been fixed in the next release. I wasn't aware of that function when I made it, but yes, it is very handy.

Thanks for offering your help though!

You're welcome, good to hear it is fixed in time.
Here's another screen from this map. I was playing location 1 for the first time and I noticed that it's more difficult then it looks.
Probably because gold is in the opposite direction from the coalfield. Nonetheless I had most entrances to the base blocked by towers in time and enough troops after 65 mins (20 xbows, 20 militia, 20 bows and 12 pikes, no horsies this time):

I'm sure you already know this but I just wanted to remind you that Arctic Warfare will probably need a little update for the next release to fix the height/food.
Cheers,
Lewin.

Yes I know. I'm currently working on another update of Dead of Winter. I've updated Back in the Desert already + some minor balance fixes. Arctic Warfare and All for One need to be fixed too. These 2 shouldn't take too much time because they only need terrain fixed and extra food added. I can't think of any balance fixes for Arctic atm (if anyone has some ideas let me know asap please). I will also add food on Wilderness and maybe correct some steep tiles, if there are any. About All for One, I made it before I knew of the food changes so with no market added (and low food) and minimum building space in general I might consider adding the market anyway (because likely there might be an option to disable the market in the near futere). Or add way more food or maybe block some products in the market like skins, trunks and horses. I'm still undecided what is best. I don't want it to be too hard to play.

And another update today:
+ terrain fixed
+ food:
40 sausages (was 20)
50 loaves (was 30)
0 fish (was 40)
80 wine (was 50)
+ 10 more goldchests (60, it was 50)
+ some more coal for loc 1 and 2 (some parts were to shallow, so depleted too soon).
+ made most mountains less steep aswell

I've played your map for the first time, it was a fun game.

Still I think that for your map you would need a standard pt of 75 minutes, in 60 min it's too big and open to defend your base, look at what I've did with my poneys..

Well, I don't think you can say that based one one game only. But yes poneys can be very powerfull on this map.
