Market is a good idea in my opinion.

Dont know how many times ive calculated wrong in the end of a mission or such where one piece of a set is missing, for example one sword or one armor missing from doing one Sword Fighter and the iron is all used up.

For me too, if the fee is reduce a little. IMHO the market should be used as a building that could balance the players income in resources. If the fee will be reduced too much, everyone will use the market to create resources. E.G. 15 woodcutters to 'create' iron.

I agree, if it was reduced too much it would be silly. Currently the trade costs 3x more than it gives you, I'm thinking of maybe changing it to 2.5x and seeing how that goes. However, this value could be set by the mission, in the multiplayer lobby or in the singleplayer menu. The possibilities are endless.

The best way to test it is to have the best players play against each other and see how they use it. It isn't hard for a good playing to "take advantage" of unbalanced features. A good example for Age of Kings players would be the Chinese players in Age of Empires II: Age of Kings (The non-conquerors expansion).

Can you make the marketplace to trade with other players?
Like: i give 20 timber you give me 15 stone Somthing like to make tradecarts like a horseman and his cart(Cargo).
What about this? Can you do it?

Trade carts aren't necessary. KaM doesn't have Serfs for nothing..

I'm still not sure how trading between players will work. I have two ideas:
1) Resources go into your marketplace and appear at your ally's marketplace. That's the easiest option, and it still means trading is a controlled process because the serfs must carry them to your marketplace, they don't just go from your storehouse to theirs (that would be way to easy and quick)
2) Resources are carried by serfs from your village to their market. This idea is more realistic but poses some questions:

a) What if there is an enemy between your villages because you are on other sides of the map? The serfs would need to take a certain route and that's hard to make work.
b) Should it only work when you have a road between your villages? Like other house to house deliveries.

Feel free to express your opinions. This probably won't be implemented for a while but I'll read and consider what you say now.
Lewin.

Option 1would be the best for now.
Option 2would require a new unit(caravan like)

I think serfs should travel between villages by road.

No it wouldn't. A caravan is out of the question unless you find a graphic artist make it in the same quality and style as KaM. I agree with Shadaoe, I think it should require a road and serfs do the delivery.

I know but the units should be selectable and not automated if they are automated they would walk straight into enemy troops.
So it would require some other unit but since we don't have a graphic artist then this is a dead end.

Lol, sometimes I really wonder if you want to change KaM to a whole other game.. :P

No, but if you think about it then you would know that TPR brought new stuff, this remake brings more new stuff and maybe will bring even more stuff.
