There's a new demo - 1st Multiplayer Demo of KaM Remake! Download from my site.
Bear in mind, that multiplayer is still an early beta - we hope to improve it in next patch.

My list:
- - My sound crashes, only the music its disturbed it didn't do this in the last release
- Its handy to have a 'IP' button for the Host in the mulitplay game so you know always the Ip address of the host
- I got lags of 1000 ms, noticable (i tested it across subnets and localhost to localhost
- My unit selection is not realy on the unit but a little under it
- What ports are you using?
Very nice work guys, will test more later this evening.

So far we use port 56789.
1000ms lags are hardcoded, we plan to add adaptive lags later.

But how can I play against someone else?
Do I have to arrange it with somebody in the forums first? I don't quite get it :/ but the single player thing works very nicely! I'm enjoying KAM once more

the community owes a lot of thanks to Krom and Lewin and everyone else who contributes to these remakes!!

Its LAN playing, they already created a Internet button for the future but it is based on the same principles as LAN playing.
One person creates the game, and the other one can join the game due the usage of the IP address by the HOST.

sorry that I don't have any friends willing to play a 12 year old computer game

The demo doesn't work on my pc. Nothing happens when I click the .exe file. Any idea what it could be?
MBAM did say that the .exe file was infected with Rogue.Agent. But I think that's a false positive, as it came directly from the .rar file.
Edit: It's working now, I clicked ignore on the warning from MBAM.

I had to run the little file oalinst first as instructed in the readme and it works perfectly fine for me. Running on Windows 7.

I've found a bug. Am I supposed to report it here?
The builders won't build my swine farm. I assume it's because a part of it is built on roads.
This is in mission 2 of TSK.
