I fixed that today thanks to your crash report files

Crashes due to "Taking wrong resource from Serf" are now fixed.
edit: Lewin, I also found out that the game 'hangs' every minute on :59 seconds.. maybe it just me but I wanted to notice you about this issue. I can't figure it out why this happens.
This is because it is creating an autosave every 1 minute. In this latest release we are including huge amounts of debugging information in the replay, meaning that a few hours of gameplay becomes 5MB of replay file. (it would normally be <100KB) If you have a game that has been played for a long time, the autosaves will start taking a long time because it has to write out the huge replay each time. Please do not turn off autosave in the settings because that will make your bug reports almost useless, currently I rely on the autosaves 99% of the time to track bugs in crash reports. This additional debugging information will not be included in later versions, sorry for any inconvenience it causes now.
hi, we was playing for quite long time a then it crashed

Whole game was bit 'laggy', does somebody have any suspicion what was it? We restarted our computer but still. Could it be caused be variable ping? But we was playing on LAN... Sometimes it was going fluently, but sometimes it was twitching a lot.
PS: good work, very nice game/mod

Thanks for the complements and crash report, it's in my bug reports folder and I'll get to it when I have time

Lag like that occurs when the game thinks the connection latency is better than it is, if 1 packet is delayed by 100ms more than the other packets, it will twitch, but it will also learn from that and increase the delay. (but on a LAN the latency should be negligible) Another possibility is that the two computers became slightly out of sync (one computer might have paused for a short time longer than the other when creating an autosave) meaning that one computer will "twitch" while it waits for the other to catch up.
Remember that the network algorithms like the delay calculation may need improvement later, for now we have something fairly simple that works fairly well.

We don't want a proper game review yet because the game isn't stable/fully playable yet. When it's "finished" we might want reviews like that.
Shadaoe has become our Youtube promoter, he's going to record videos for us and post them on a KaM Remake Youtube channel. This will help promote the Remake and allow you to see what's new each version without having to download and try it for yourself.
Another important thing to tell you all is that future releases of the Remake will be in EXE installer form, and will not install unless you have Knights and Merchants TPR installed. (using the same installer system as SR3) This makes our project more like a mod so we are not distributing the copyright game files for free to anyone.
