Hey, I have a big problem:

Yesterday evening i have normaly played up to 10 pm, than i go to bed.
Today there is this situation:
All Website´s are good and avaible. However google is not avaible. Only google!

And in KaM there is this situation (RC2):

Image

At first I thought that is a problem with my computer. Maybe the automativ update at the morning. However I have started my dad´s computer (same Internetconnection), and: No Google, No Kam.

But why  ? everything works. I can play online games like Shift 1+2/dirt 1/2/Star Wars BF II/Crysis.
What is happening with KaM over the night?
Sherlock Holmes where are you?

Firewall settings are O.K.
Thank you for all helps, because I need KaM and google :D

Have you checked your HOSTS file and used Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (freeware)?

There is.

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

It may be hidden.

Ahhh, i thought about a other Hostfile in the Remake folder :D

I dont know what this file want to say me:

"***
# Additionally, comments (such as these) may be inserted on individual
# lines or following the machine name denoted by a '#' symbol.
#
# For example:
#
# 1xx.54.94.x7 rhino.acme.com # source server
# 38.25.xx.10 x.acme.com # x client host

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 1xx.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

"

If it's loading the announcements text then the connection to our master server over HTTP is fine, something is blocking it from querying the actual KaM Remake server IP address. A firewall blocking outgoing connections to strange IP addresses sounds like the best explanation to me. But it's strange that you can play other games online. Click "Connect to IP" in the server list and put: 85.17.60.102 as the IP and 56789 as the port, then click connect. Tell me what text shows in the status (colored text near your player name).

As for why Google isn't working, if your HOSTS file only has comments (lines starting with #) then it hasn't been hacked/infected. I'd recommend scanning for viruses and maybe checking your DNS settings/servers.

That's what I expected, something isn't letting it connect. Check for viruses/malware and check your firewalls (including on your router/modem).
