What do you think about adding weather to the game. It could be raining/snowing(on winter maps) from time to time or also fog could form around water. What do you think?

Sorry, but donĀ“t think this is KaM fitting. However there are some players editing houses into ICE looking for example.
So a storehouse with snow, or sth.

I think KaM don't need it. I like this game because this hasn't any useless things, like weather, or other "super duper special effects"

Well for the gameplay it's useless indeed, but you could say the same about the shadow improvements.
They're useless for the gameplay. So what I mean is that I think that could be realy nice. :)

It is not easy to make all the graphics, but in my opinion it could have serious effects on the gameplay. E.g. soldiers can go through rivers in winter, bowman can be weaker when it's raining, soldiers can move slower on the snowy ground, fishermans and farms wouldn't produce any resources in winter, etc.

The only WEATHER feature I would add in this game is some "random shadows from clouds".
I'd like to see some darker areas moving across the field while you are building/fighting.

I'm not suggesting adding clouds sprites, but just their shadows on the field.
Day/Night feature would be the best (whenever it becomes dark, you see the candles from the buildings light on), but we know it's a hell of artwork, still I just recommend "shadows of clouds" in the enviroment.

I think shadows of clouds and Day/Night doesn't neither change nor add anything to the game, only makes graphics better a bit. In my opinion it's not very important.

It is not very important indeed, but small details can be a big visual improvement.

Unnecessary: just another flashy feature that has ruined modern Real Time Strategies (in my opinion)
