The menu and the buildings are fine, but the people and the trees and the soldiers are in white, the color does not do well

What do you mean exactly? You English is hard too understand, from which country to you come from? when you come from poland,just say it on polish via PM and i will translate it than here.

It looks like a problem with your graphics card. What graphics card do you have and how much graphics memory does it have? Also, in the main menu, what OpenGL version is displayed at the top?

You may need to install drivers for your graphics card.

It would be so awesome playing Knights and Merchants in a post-apocalyptic world as your version looks like =). Seriously though, it's definitely a hardware issue.
