Wasted resources

Hello
I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but it does happen to me. When you build a building for example, and then you chose to destroy the building, and serfs still holding items for that building looses the item, same if a serf doesn't make it to a Troop in time, they lose the item. Why not just the serfs bring it back to a storehouse, or another building in need like their default setting?

this is a known issue and it is on our list, but is very low priority.

Quickly scanning your work documents, I suddenly saw that you were planning on a lookout tower. What would this be used for? Would archers fire from it? Or are you going to implement fog of war?

Items in features and proposals are not decided yet, they might not get implemented at all.

As I remember the plan for the lookout tower was to reveal through fog of war, if we ever add fully dynamic fog of war as an option. We were not planning for archers to fire from it. I don't think either of these things are important, we haven't discussed them for a long time. If you want to discuss these things please use the ideas thread, lets keep this one on topic.
