Displaying alliances in MP lobby

Been experimenting with lobby minimap. Now it allows to pick a location by clicking on it.

Another feature is alliances display:

Players starting locations are connected with lines with all their teammates starting locations.
Connecting lines looks rather out of style, so if anyone has a better idea - please write it down :)

Not sure if this is a better idea, but now that you can click on a location to choose it, it is not really necessary anymore to show the number of the location. So maybe it can now show the player's team.
For example: Host loads a 6 player map, and just like usual, it shows the numbers 1-6 on each location. I pick location 5, which then gets my colour and the number turns into a 1 or 2, depending on the team I've chosen, and if I'm not in a team maybe a '-'. This might be confusing at first, but once you got the hang of it it's pretty easy and it will give good view whether teams are placed right or not. Connecting lines work better, but are pretty ugly...

I don´t think its a good idea to delete the location numbers. For me the numbers aren´t important idd. However you should know TDL that espacially on TS when some guys are talking about their last game, that they can only communicate with the number of the locs :D

I have these 2 ideas:

1.) Different circles at locations:

Here Loc. 2 and 3. are in one team, because they have both the same red circle:

2.) (Better Idea for me) To place not circles but like 4 different symbols for each team:

Here are Loc. 1,2 and 5 in one Team :-)
