Rename your Music and replace it with the songs the game already has. Should make no problems
You just can't add songs!

So let me get this right:

1. Rename the music i want to the same names as the real music?
2. Copy them into the Folder

Thats it?

I suggest running WinAmp (or any other music player) in background while playing KaM
I did that often with many other games - works well :)

It's mpeg4 (without video) I think (judging by the header), BUT k&m uses FMOD which is perfectly capable of playing other formats as well, so just try..

No one said you couldn't change the disk.. If it's an ISO then it's a piece of cake, otherwise it's pretty much impossible

If it's not a physical disk then it's an ISO (and I'm counting anything like and ISO as well, such as UIF's etc)
No offence but it sounds/looks like an odd question.. (a bit like: how do I know whether something is a word document)

Rayth, stop choosing complicated ways. Download WinAmp (http://www.winamp.com it's free) and run it in background mode along with KaM. End of solution :)

That's the simplest solution...

Nevertheless, it should be possible. If it's not an ISO, you should make it a ISO, for example with Alcohol 120% (best) or even with Nero (doesn't check for any copy-protection, but since KaM is pretty old, it should be possible as well).

Daemon Tools Pro AE would also work, editing an ISO is not trivial though, not many programs can actually edit them (most compression programs such as winrar and 7zip can only unpack them, but can not update or make them)

try PowerISO, it can read and write (and compress(!)) Iso images.
