my name is Gustavo , I play knights and merchants , and today I hit something on the keyboard here that the game became faster , and appeared a certain watch in the left corner of the screen , so q I can not do it again, can someone tell me which this command ? thank you

Buttons, that speed up the game are: F6 (3x faster), F7 (6X) and F8 (10X). It work in Single Player and for the replays as well. These buttons won't work for multiplayer, as you can set speed only in the lobby.

Also, in game main folder there are "Readme" text files, in which shortucts are written (like thos I've written here). Check it out
