Hmm... it's a hard decision...
- New campaign - maps and missions are planned terribly. And bugs.
- New units - too weak and/or too expensive. And bugs.
- Siege units - too powerful. And, of course, bugs.
- New buildings - bugs!
- Single player maps - copied from multiplayer and well... bugs.
- Fast mode - very useful and buggy thing.
- Higher resolutions - useful for someone (I use it only for making bigger screenshots), and,
I don't know if it has bugs!
- New functions in multiplayer mode - epic fail.
What else?
- New terrain tiles (lava, ice) - yup, useful in some maps I think
- New script commands - useful (and confusing) for mission makers and of course bugged.
Well, did I forget about something? Yeah, TPR was made to be released sooner. Extremely big amount of bugs, map parts copied from older missions (look at some topic on Dutch forum, for example mission 1 TSK and 12 TPR; or mission 8 TPR map is almost the same as battle map in 1.20 demo, single missions copied from multiplayer - even the Try Again button is inactive!).
I don't know which one of these is the best. I mostly use fast mode and single player maps (in TSK it needs file swapping

). Also, the new terrain tiles keeps me using TPR - i don't know if they can be ported to TSK (I can live without new commands, like attack type 2).
Siege units are useful only when testing enemy's attacks (the biggest ones)
Look at this from the other side - some bugs are funny
