I always liked this game very much but also always disliked its speed.
I played many games since and one of the main things I can't stand game for is if you have to wait and waste your time just for nothing(one of the best example - browser-based games - they have timers for any action, its approved of cause, they can't be accelerated without influence in balance, but it's their tremendous disadvantage).
Is there any opportunity to change its speed?

You can press F8 which will speed the game up.(by x5 I think)

hey i cant get my F8 to speed it up should i press something first before or while i press F8?

It only works if you have The Peasants Rebellion. Sadly there is no way to speed up The Shattered Kingdom.

Maybe you should consider using cheat engine to increse the game speed.

This is even better way to speed up game, because you can set the speed as high as you can. And it won't cause any bugs that might occur when using F8 with TPR.
