Just a few screenshots that I found on the internet. Just wondering if anyone could identify them, if they are missions from different versions of KaM, or just multiplayer, man-made, etc.

The lighting and water looks wrong. There are no bright highlights and sand underwater. I think these are from earlier versions of KaM.

Notice troop counter - it has different shields and even numbers instead of shields!

Last pic was used in Polish site for contest to come up with best comic-style gag. It's from KaM.

You can find more of those screenshots form here. As Krom said, they are development screenshots excluding the last one which is from some custom mission.

One of those shots on the link you gave showed something next to the fields, delete option, etc.

Was there originally supposed to be buildable walls then?

Yeah, that was one of their ideas. Never made it into the game.

well, I found the map & mission files It has 6 players, all starting out with villages, etc. Just thought you might like to know

Yeah it's a multiplayer map available in the final game (or as a single mission in TPR), but it's still a screenshot from an earlier version of KaM.

Yeah, I had a look at it, weird how it was in the files of a demo though. In every demo or game I have there are always files that aren't used...Don't know why they just don't remove them.

They are just lazy to remove it. Sometimes it is probably easier to not remove it, all the non-used graphics in the complete game. And for us it is just nice to be able to see it

The demo does have multiplayer IIRC, are you sure the files are actually unused?

Ah, never thought of that. I have never actually played online (never had the chance), Although at the time I had this demo, everyone around us had just about got dial-up , so this wasn't too much of an option for me really. But unless someobody else would be willing to get this demo aswell and play eachother, I'm not sure we'd find out. Although I suppose we could just use the files.

Can you upload those maps? I would like to play them
