Hi all, i just got a TSK disk i ordered on ebay... But it doesnt work. it is a 16 bit application, and i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit.
I have tried to run the installation program as adiminstrator, and i tried to run it as it was back in Windows 98. This is really fustrating because Windows 7 doesnt help me. it keeps saying i should contact the program provider for a newer version.
Is there an emulator for windows to start it?
Is there anything i can do?
I am a big :?: atm....

Sincerely, Sebrav

Erm try using XP mode that comes with Windows 7, although it is not on all versions...

There's no XP mode on Home versions.
The only way is to install it on another computer with 32-bit Windows or Wine, and then copy files onto the 64-bit Windows machine with pendrive or something like that.

Yeah has to be on 7 Professional, I've managed to get both now =]. But yeah, either do what Kuba said or you can make a virtual machine for it on something like Virtual PC (you need a copy of XP to do this though).

If you want to have Professional edition of 7, you have to buy it  But it's not worth it, if you only want to install KaM TSK.

Virtual machine is something like running operating system inside operating system, you'll need software like VMware, MS Virtual PC or VirtualBox, and Windows CD, ofc.

If you don't want to mess with all that things, just do what I said before - install it on some older computer, copy all game files onto pendrive, and then copy them once again onto your Windows 7 machine.
