Is there a a secret that I don't know about SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 0?
If I use SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 2 the attack works perfectly. Can anyone help please?
It is quite frustrating because it seems to be the only attack where you can enable the enemy to properly use their bowmen

If you use !SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 0, the enemy will attack your soldiers.
!SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 1 makes the enemy attack your buildings. !SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 2 is used to let the enemy attack your buildings as well. The difference is that with TARGET 1, the enemy will attack the building which is the nearest to his start position, while with TARGET 2 the enemy will attack the building which is the nearest to the troops that should attack.
I'm not sure about TARGET 1 though, I barely use it (if I do use it at all).

Darn! I gave this thread the wrong name :x It should be TARGET_0, as that is the one I have issues with. Anyway, for osme reason when I use !SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 0, they won't do anything, but if I change it to SET_AI_ATTACK TARGET 1, it works.
Any idea why?

No. Are there any enemy units on the map?
I recall I too had a problem like that, that's why I always use TARGET 2 because it always works.

Yes, there were troops.
I wanted to use TARGET 0 because the enemy won't use their bowmen and crossbowmen very well otherwise. They just blindly send them into your soldiers' formation

Well that's Mr. AI's fault.
I don't know why TARGET 0 doesn't work while TARGET 1 does. That's a mystery for me too...

Attacks can be such ****** sometimes. I really don't think we will ever fully understand them. Like just the other day: an attack was working perfectly. I placed an extra group of soldiers for the human player and it stopped working, so I removed the added troops. And guess what. It still didn't work.
