Hey everyone, it's me again. I'm asking about TSK, 5th mission. Your start with your own and friendly (yellow) troops. After about half a minute, I get attacked by enemies. After I defend myself and friendly village, I send some troops to scout the area and then I loose the mission. I don't know where's the problem, but I guess there's an extra assignment written in the mission sheet, which appears in the beggining of the mission. Anyway, I can't read it, because it's in czesh language, and english or any other patches doesn't work, so.. Anyone can ligtht me up?
P.S. Idk if it's important, but by the time I'm scouting the map, I send some builders to build a road and a lumberjack home.

Is your ally's village destroyed? Then you will lose the mission..

I believe that if your ally's village or even your ally's troops are destroyed, than you will lose. Try sending half of your archers (split the group in 2) to help the lance carriers defeat the enemy knights.

No, the troops may die.

That is how it was in the original game, but not since SR2 (or 3).
Anyway I'm 95% sure anyway. This is how it works in the Remake.

I'm 99% sure I've finished the mission with all my allies' troops dead

I just tested it. You do lose if your allies are dead

Yeah it was added in SR3 because that is what the briefing tells you to do. I have won this mission and protected his lance carriers until the end in KaM, but it might be harder in the Remake because the enemy will probably train soldiers faster.

I won't say "I told you so."
No really. I promise. I won't say it.

Lol, It's like you knew what I was thinking, Dark Lord.
Yeah I knew you were.
Who knows what he is playing; though? Maybe He'll tell us later?

I always wished one's allies were a bit more useful in this level. They're nice at the start with the troops, but then they become little more than a dead weight. It'd have been good if they'd actually had a larger more capable village, or else had the ability to build and expand.

I played this level recently and won with my starting troops, so my ally didn't really concern me

Actually, this change already happened in SR2.
