I suppose it wouldnt be a very difficult task to do this since the horse sprites can be taken from the knight.
Where can i get my hands on the original sprites from the game?

Thats an interesting idea

The house was planned to be the same size as Store - it was made bigger just to show on forum (notice all lines are 2px wide), so it was just scaled 200%.

Well, it will be in my list for future projects as right now i got my hands full with the new building set.
