Re: MegaMap Project 2

I did a test and I saw that the fish haven't disappeared, so it's OK now. One suggestion - for the locations of A-H, I ask leave enough space for fields and trees (use appropriate tiles). Thanks
A note of reassurance: Since random events in the Remake are actually generated in a semi-predictable pattern, if the fish don't disappear in one test, they never will ;)

Re: MegaMap Project 2

Very interesting solution for this part :P, maybe you could put "little" snow on this "tiles" (I will write you PM what I mean). Idea is to surprise for me, but I like it.
Sado good luck!! :)

I think player at F, the terrain looks nice, but will have problems with space.

Re: MegaMap Project 2

Jeah, but still I gave up some of the coal for my neighbouring mapmakers, and borrowed some gold from thunder's part. The L shape is also quite hard to menage for me. Still I think it's menageable to build an effective city there. One solution might be cuting the southern trees out, and keeping wood production to the north. Let's wait and see what my neighbours will do about those issues.

Re: MegaMap Project 2

Just a heads-up post, I'm working on my part, but I want to take time since I gone out of touch with mapmaking for quite a while. I'm almost relearning how to make maps :P So, I don't promise I'll make a quick job on that one. Might be 3-4 days.

David, you dont forget that your part is 1/3 part Menszu and 2/3 own. You have got place for farms e.g. on right side. You must good consider your part.

Re: MegaMap Project 2

Honestly, place on the right, with the town ruins I consider as F's farming (and even iron industry) space. At least David doesn't need to think about defensiveness.

Re: MegaMap Project 2

I can add place for player F too, but it's far away. There is no good place for woods and fields near the storehouse. IMO it's really hard to make a good city there.

I'm done. The guy on my left - seems to be Paweł95 - needs to leave some space for farms etc., and also he probably should make some coal and iron for my location. I made 300 iron at north but I guess the location D (Islar) will be in a better position to reach it.
edit:fixed a few stupid mistakes that I overlooked
