The youtube channel name KaMRemakechannel is
changed to KaMRemakefan.

Including Twitter, Facebook and Google+ is also changed to KaMRemakefan.
The rest remains the same.

Somebody should convert the GTA V map to a KaM map. If it's a bit similar, it'll probably attract a lot of players with the name alone
