2014 Q1: Strategies

Good day to all,

Those of you who've been here for several years and maybe even since the beginning will know that back in the early days (when we were still using a free host) some Strategy Guides and Walkthroughs were written. The walkthroughs were never finished (which was really a shame, since they were written in a unique way) and the strategy guides are hopelessly outdated.

I've been trying to get some people to pick up were others left off in late 2013, but so far our Strategy Central en Walkthroughs still haven't been updated. If I could, I'd do it myself, but unlike others I don't regularly play KaM and I don't have lots of time to do so next to managing this place.

That's why I'm calling out for help to our community. What knightsandmerchants.net needs is the following:

Walkthroughs:
- TSK (Mission 8 to 20) --> Original game (SR3) + KaM Remake
- TPR (Mission 1 to 13) --> Original game (SR3) + KaM Remake
- The Federation of Neryn --> KaM Remake

Strategies:
- Multiplayer tactics & strategies (Fighting tactics, Hints & Tips, etc.)
- Economy Analysis (focus on Economy side of KaM, Hints & Tips, etc.)

Besides that, I'd like a place for Map making and Dynamic Scripting tutorials. So anyone willing to make some tutorials for that are much appreciated too!

Please help us update our website and contribute to the Knights and Merchants community! You will (of course) be awarded full credits.

I have to say disagree. This project is standing much much better than you think:) Look the videos, the video tutorials. Just need to make categorization. Ben, Dicsoup still sado also have uploaded mapmaking tutorials. /i have also a workflow, but too large for uploading.:S/
The strategie central is also almost completed with lot of tournament videos where TO, Ben, Dicsoup, KamRemakefun and still sado explain the actual strats, building ways of the game.
Maybe should to create a video where the troll's strategies collected.
About single i couldnt tell too much but if i ve seen well youtube had tons of replays with gameplays and tips/hints.

My boss always tell to me: Make videos about the service issues or documentation with lots of pictures. One picture is more than thousands words.;P

The closest thing to a mapmaking tutorial that I had ever made was the stream where I made The Duckland live.
