Cube 6v6?

A quick question. Will you fix the lobby problem with the map 'Cube' in the near future? So we could play 6 versus 6.

that is not possible, no more then 8 players can play kam.

This indeed might need a fix, but what should be fixed is reporting the true number of possible players, which is 8.

@Boci: As others said the game only supports 8 players at the moment. The extra locations on Cube give you more choice for starting positions, not more players in one game.

That sounds like the best solution to avoid confusion. Maps will now show at most 8 locations in the list since that's the number which can be used.

oh... i thought it will be a 12 players version too. sometimes we're more than 8 so then someone has to do something else. what could we do? nothing? is there no option to raise the 'slot capacity' in the game?

what about enabling the spectators to take a position? then it will be a 5v5 matchup. ofc only on Cube.

As Lewin already said, the game will not work for more than 8 players anyway. So 5v5 will not work either, until the developers will make it work on all maps.

and if i recall correctly more players would not be supported because of lag issues that might occur (some players have a weak internet connection).

Did you start the game at all? While I saw this bug happen, I am not sure that starting a 9/10 player game would be so easy.

I think that 4v4 is the most suitable format or building games for KaM. Why we need more players in one game?
But mb develobers can increase nu,ber of spectators from 2 to 4? =)

1.) yes I could play too.
2.) because we're a hungarian community and sometimes we're more than 8 in the lobby at the same time so someone has to spec or leave.
