Re-train & Re-study units

I think it would be good, if the player could actually retrain/study they units.

Eg: I made soldiers with wooden shield. They still alive, but i have now iron shields. Same can be allied to servants too.

The way how it should work need discussion.

Returning units back to school was discussed for KaM Remake (no gold refund), but never was implemented. Retraining units in Barracks is something new.
