Hello everyone!

¥ The new kam remake tournament, March/2018.

¥ 32 players divided into 16 teams will compete for the title.

¥ tournament will be organized by mandos and bara.

¥ knock out system

¥ draw lots will be computerized

Instructions :

* clans have an advantage for contributing in the tournament as following :

-R.A can have up to 3 teams

- E* up to 3 teams

- Beers 2 teams

- The great 2 teams

# the rest of the teams will be made individualy, if 1 clan team didn't join it will be replaced
By non clan team.

- Team speak non clan teams hav advantage over random team.

Tournament :

+ 1St round (16teams)will be played on (rebound) locs 34vs 56 on Saturday 3/3
Or Sunday 4/3/2018

+ 2nd round(8teams) will be played on (eruption) locs 23vs45 on Saturday 10/3
Or Sunday 11/3/2018

+3Rd round (4teams) will be played on (defending the home land) locs 23vs45
On Saturday 17/3 or Sunday 18/3.

* the (Final) will be played on 25/March on (new horizon)
Top right vs bot left.

Notes:

_ locations will be choosed alphabeticaly all games by player in team name.

_ 60/1.5/1

_ 1 lobby vote each team (not more than 5min)

_ pt break (5 min maximum)

_5 towers each player.

Agree with thunder for both things.

-2 recommendations:
*RA could have +2 spaces, and TheGreat +1 space (5 and 3 respectively), which is more proportional to the real pool of players both clans have. The unused spaces should be filled with "minor clans" like [S&M], and "free players" teams.
*Rule to play best of 3 games loading from the PT save would be fairer to determinate who should pass to next stage.
Imagine that your teammate engages badly or is caught... you are then out of tournament without having made any mistake, just because your ally made a blunder, and that seems quite unfair for a serious tournament.

Watch out who you call a minor clan! We've got 2 active members, we're not that small!

Personally, I'd try to make a tournament with more teams, the more the better. It's a nice time for this, too, because the number of active players on competitive level is rising steadily. But we will see how many teams we've got, maybe a reserve team list is needed in case some teams drop out before the start... The only thing I dislike is that I will be very unlikely to compete due to the fact that I have university on three weekends of March, so I could play only in Sunday evenings... I will probably think about making some streams whenever I can instead. Mandos/Bara, if any help is needed, let me know I think you will not be interested in giving it too much of exposure before the teams are set up (I assume you prefer people from the forums and TS, over some total randoms), but I'll make sure to post about it on KaM World on FB when the right time comes, and provide replays and results there. It's a nice idea to set the maps for every round, I like it, I didn't look over the settings but I do hope that your chosen locations are balanced.

How will the tower limit be enforced? What about spectators? (please remember about streamers ) What are the rules regarding streaming? (Do we need a delay? I think we can try with OBS Studio's delay function to have a delay of 15-30 minutes for streams)

Well we do need stream, you and firo can make it

Cuz remember we will have many games every weekend.

So streamers with 10-15 min delay will be the only specs.

Only board admins can make topics in the tournament section. Back in the day, this forum got spammed with many poorly organized tournaments, so we made some strict rules on posting tournaments (viewtopic.php?f=27&t=1982#p34197). If your tournament seems feasible, then it can be approved. PM an administrator for more info.
