Serves walk random to enemy

I've played kam for a long time, but now something happens I never saw before! My serves and recruits walk random/without reason to the enemy and getting killed, although I didn't order them to go there.. Besides that, when I create new military units, they are not created as new army, but are automatically added to armies of their kind that already exist? And then it is impossible to split these huge armies into smaller armies.. Very strange. Anyone who can help me?

They are not carrying food! And it happens not just once, it happens once every 5 minutes or something..

Interesting, very interesting. I can only imagine one thing, but please, it doesn't want to hurt you or anybody. I guess the serfs walking to the other city because that is way better than the actual one.
