I'm sorry, I don't have strategy for 100pt. But based on the amount of knights you could call this strategy Knights Rush.
Probably easily could setup up double maybe triple iron production and 3stables with 6-7farms support it. The food can be whatever you want(more farms...). Players used to skip piggies when rushing knights. Go only with bread and axe. (Worth to think on the timber to horse trade)
