For those of you who have been paying attention, you will have noticed a map repository is being developed at the moment. This repository will need to be tested very soon, and I'm looking for map makers that are willing to test the repository. It's not finished yet, but it will soon be ready for testing purposes.

Is there a plugin/mod for phpBB that shows a graph for a user's posts over time? I would greatly appreciate such a statistic, because it would be interesting to see what times of the year certain people were active, took breaks, etc.

I don't know, but I think this isn't really necessary. It's 'fun', but doesn't really serve a purpose. Why do you want it?

Of course it isn't needed. I'd just really like it. For example, users like you and myself, Tom, would have an interesting graph showing the amount of posts when you compare pre-Remake days to post-Remake days.

Just like statistics for most anything, really, it's just an interesting thing to have

Still, I'm wondering what you want to do with information like that? Let me tell you how I see it. Let's say there's a mod that enables you to view a graph of a user's post. You check it, and it shows that he's posted 50 times in the last 2 weeks. In the 6 months before that, he only posted twice. Alright, so you have that information. And now..?

Exactly. I don't plan to do anything with it. I just want to see those lines bumping up and down. It's for fun, just like playing KaM, reading magazines, or bungee jumping. Just for fun

About the map repository:

It's been on hold for a while, because of the moving to the VPS, the DDoS attack and me having very little time left. However, I started working on it again and it shouldn't be too far from finished. In fact, if Lewin hadn't been such an over-eager tester it would've been done in a very short time However, the guy just ripped it apart completely, so now I have to fix a lot of stuff again.

Just kidding Lewin, I appreciate the extensive testing

The remaining testers will receive a PM once the map repository survives Lewin's death uploads and stuff.
