Mission 7 of An Empire Destroyed, i am on the ice, but i am not winning.

Do i need more units to get there? I had only 1.

Let's see... the script seems to assign the victory to the player only if all the Militia of the group right in front of the ice in the bottom right corner of the map are dead.

Hi, I have been playing KAM remake An empire destroyed mission 7.

I have played several times but failed to pass this mission because the enemy behind me always catch my soldiers before I reach the ice.
Is there any suggestions?

yes mission 7 can be quite hard. the main victory condition is not to lose much when ambushing the caravan, so you have some units (preferably lance carriers) to sacrifice for the main army which will slow them down. if you are fast enough you can make it barely.

i've been following him for a while so i can take notes to improve the campaign experience. this will both apply for chapter 1 and the upcoming chapters.

the reasoning for winning when you killed the blockade is that when you are able to do that you can also walk to the ice.

I am only a few months late, but i have been considering continuing it. I still have the maps lying around untill mission 18. All i need to do is make contact with a good scripter willing to help me since i cannot script.
