The map has a potential, I don't think you need to change much regarding layout (maybe make loc 7 less closed), but the visuals need many improvements. I am too lazy though, I hope the others will tell you what to change xD

Need to be a litte bit better
coal for example should be fixed
some part of a hill is flat

Map looks ok overall, but there is still a lot of stuff that should be fixed.
Here some examples:
- Player 7 cant build on 1 of the 3 Iron-Mine-positions. Probably because of elevation.
- Amount of recources is different for every player.
- Coal looks kinda weird with the empty spaces in between.
- Mountains are sometimes flat
- Map looks too flat and has not enough objects on the ground (imo)
- Too less trees (for all players)
- A lot of broken tiles throughout the whole map (top right of the map; X184,Y198; X20,Y176 for example)
- Player 7 can camp Player 6 iron mines with bowman/crossbows+
- Bridge on the north looks kinda weird to me
