Solving an Error ... Can someone help?

Hi there,
i have found your "remake" version today afternoon and tried to get it running, BUT i haven?t found if i do need the datadisk or i do not..

So i tried it with the Shattered Kingdom and now the errors and strange things : 1) my menu is completely weird - its kind of translated to my language and wrongly (where is supposed to be the "end of game" i got "Main menu", etc. (Maybe i will upload an image)
2) when i want to start playing a map i got error "Read beyond end of file."

For making the url clear. Its IMpossible to register on your website and Guest cannot type in any kind of URL....

Hi,
The menus should not have a black background, so you are missing some game resource files. I think the problem is that you are using the r2087 patch independently. r2087 must be installed correctly over r1793. Let me explain.

First you must download this file:
http://krom.reveur.de/KAM_Remake/KaM_Remake_Multiplayer_Demo_20110613.rar

and extract it to a folder. (it should be a new folder, not be your Knights and Merchants folder)

Then you must download r2087:
http://castlesand.googlecode.com/files/KaM_Remake_r2087.rar

Extract the contents into the folder where you put r1793. It should ask to override KaM_Remake.exe and some other files, click yes. If it does not ask to override you have extracted it to the wrong place.

Run KaM_Remake.exe and you should have images on the menu background and it should say r2087 in the top left corner of the menu.

What exactly do you mean by impossible to register? User registration is activated, so there should be no problem for you to register?
