Those trees don't get cut in KaM either, there are not even sprites to show the tree falling down :P You can regognise them because the trunk is covered by branches most of the way to the ground, other trees have more trunk visible.
Map authors should not put those trees in places where players will want to have them cut down. (i.e. near villages)

Hi guys! I was playing the KaM TSK campaign (exactly Mission 14), when I wanted to build iron ore mines, but the land was unequalized.. :( I tried to solve this with 2 tiles of road, but it didn't work. Here is a picture about it:

Just some equalizing needed, a piece of cake :D

I will look into fixing that issue with the iron mine that cannot be built on TSK mission 14, thanks for reporting.

With the bug on TSK 18, I can't make it happen for me no matter what I try. Can you please send me your save file for that mission (preferably from BEFORE the bug happened, but even a save from after will be helpful) You can find saves in the Saves folder, please send all 3 files (.sav, .bas, .rpl). This will help me track down the source of the error.

Can you give any other details that might help me locate the source of the error?:
- What language do you play with?
- Have you changed language since starting this mission?
- Did you start this mission from the campaign map or from the "restart" button in the results screen? (or from "F11 -> File -> Open" on debug menu?)
- Had you saved/loaded this save many times, or just once since starting?
- Have you modified the mission in a map editor or anything like that?
- Anything else unusual?

Thanks for your reports, hopefully I'll be able to fix the bug if you send me your save file :)

The bug causing "MissionString out of range" has been fixed :)
The iron/gold mines not being buildable has been fixed (although that one you highlighted was not buildable in TPR either so it won't be changed), please see this topic for more details.

AND NOW for some exciting news: The KaM Remake map editor will no longer corrupt tile data saved by Krom's map editor, meaning you can still use terrain brushes in Krom's editor after saving with the Remake! So there's no reason to "not" use the Remake editor for editing your missions. Someone should kick us for not implementing this sooner, it took all of 5 minutes to do...

Ok, I found small bug: in Polish languige (propably) serf have laborer's voice, and vice versa. This should be fixed.

We've made it so in all languages the serf uses a militia voice and the labourer uses a knight voice, because that's how it was for TSK/TPR in English at least. I thought it was like this in all other languages too, because otherwise they'd have to make a different KM_TPR.exe for each language (the voices units use are hard coded) which seems unnecessary. If it really is different to English I'm surprised other Polish people haven't reported this yet, we've had voices for a long time.
Can you please confirm which soldier voice serfs/labourers use?

That's how it is in the Remake for English, it should be no different for Polish.

And that was always.. Im Polish guys also. So all is ok. Dont see reason to change it.
