crash problem for TPR

As soon as I run the game I get a black screen then an error message. I installed the service patch 3 code but that didn't work. I tried all the diffrent compatibility settings with no results. I belive it may be a problem with the video? My computer runs xp. I belive I got TSK to run on this computer once but I cant remember how. I belive that had the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you post the error message here (Pressing Ctrl+C whilst you have the error message window active will allow you to copy the content)?

I cant copy the window its the standard error message for windows though. I did however get the "error signature" if that helps any.

I forgot to mention before that I did reinstall it to try that with no results.

DirectX or GPU driver problems maybe?
Updating both should never hurt.. (sometimes it does, but that's very rare)

updated both still nothing I also found a patch that describes the same problem im having on knightsandmerchants. de but that didnt work either

anyway thanks for the help but i think i just might be out of luck on this one either way if you find something Ill come back to check sometime in the next day.
