Kroms map editor doesn't work

Okay so I got Kroms on my grandpas computer, but his computer can't read the file. It wants me to use a diferent file to help open it with, like when you use "open with" Does anyone know how to fix this? My computer just opened it normally, I didn't need to use something else to open Kroms editor. Thanks for the help, I'm sick of making remakes LOL

Maybe you have a rar? If so, you can use winrar or 7zip (and there are some others that open rar as well)

Thanks, that helps, but I can't find a RAR. Are their anymore you know of? When my grandpa wakes up, I'll ask if he knows of one, but as for right now, do you ahve anymore ideas? Perhaps I can download one? Thanks

you need to download and install WinRAR, then you can unpack RAR archives.
